Manhattan transfer: Beckhams line up move to New York so Posh can push her fashion career

David Beckham is set to quit US football team LA Galaxy and may move to New York so his wife can pursue her fashion career.
The 37-year-old star, who has become arguably more famous off the pitch than on it, is not expected to renew his one-year rolling contract with the club, which comes to an end on December 31.
Sources close to the former England and Manchester United player, who moved to the US from Spain’s Real Madrid as part of a £20 million deal in 2007, said he has no plans to retire from football.

A source said: ‘Talks have begun about the next step for the family and New York is one of the options being talked about seriously.
