KOURTNEY Kardashian attempts to help cure sister Kim's psoriasis by squirting fresh breast milk onto her leg.
The reality TV star is seen offering to help her sister to treat the painful skin condition in footage from the latest episode of their show Kourtney And Kim Take Miami.
In the teaser clip Kim tells Kourtney how she has been secretly stealing the milk from the fridge - and that it has helped ease her symptoms.
Kourtney replies: "It's the same thing you were taking before, do you think it's any different?"
And she then proceeds to rub it in for her shocked sister as she exclaims: "I'm not comfortable with it fresh out of the boob."
Kim will be able to use her own breast milk soon enough - she's expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West to arrive in July.
