A Nelson Mandela murial hangs high at the Cape Town Civic Centre as part of the Nation wide prayers being held for the frail statesman on June 14, 2013 in Cape Town, South Africa. The former South African President and leader of the anti-apartheid movement is spending a seventh day in a hospital and is reported to be responding better to treatment for a recurring lung infection. This is Mandela's fourth time in the hospital since December of 2012.
