After two months of anticipation, Kim Kardashian's rapper boyfriend Kanye West has revealed the first picture of their baby daughter.
A cherubic photo of baby North West, who was born on June 15, was unveiled on matriarch Kris Jenner's chat show on Friday during the rapper's highly publicized appearance.
During an interview with the excited grandmother, the proud new father, 36, shared the photo with the audience and millions of viewers across America.

First picture: After weeks of anticipation, Kanye West shared a snap of his daughter North on Kris Jenner's chat show on Friday
A snap of baby North flashed up on a screen as Kanye and Kris sat down to do an interview together and discuss the new addition to the family.
And it is clear from the image that the tiny baby possesses features from both her mother and father.
'How cute is that gorgeous baby!! Who do you think she looks like?' Kris gushed after cooing over the snap, to which Kanye responded with a laugh: 'I pray that she looks like her mother when she's older.'
Kris told Kanye that she thought that her granddaughter was the 'perfect combination' of both Kim and Kanye.

'I think she is an amazing combination of the two of you. She is so adorable. She has Kim's eyes, I think she has your cheeks and both of your lips. Some days she has your lips and some days she has Kim's lips,' she explained.
'They dissect her. Kim would go "Look at her ears mom, look at her ears!" It is so cute how obsessed you guys are.'
Before showing the snap, Kanye categorically denied that he and Kim had tried to shop images of their daughter to the media.
'It's all this talk about baby pictures and can you get paid for the baby picture or do you want to put it on a magazine,' he explained.
'And for me and your daughter we have not attempted to get paid for anything, we have not attempted to put it on a magazine.
'You just stop all of the noise and I thought it would be really cool on her grandmother's season finale to bring a picture of North,' he said.
It was then that he shared the snap.

We get along! Kanye and Kris, who are rumoured to have tense relationship, swore that they get along in the interview, with the Kardashian/Jenner matriarch telling the rapper she often misses him when he goes away

Kanye had previously hinted he didn't want his child to be in the spotlight, declaring: 'This isn't America's baby.'
But it seems he had a change of heart and decided to share the image in a bid to boost Jenner's TV ratings. (Kim, 32, didn't make an appearance on the show but he shared several romantic pictures from their private album).
Before he showed off the new addition, Kanye opened up about his precious daughter.
It had been widely reported that the singer had struggled with the loss of his mother Donda when she died of complications from cosmetic surgery in 2007.

And Kanye revealed to Kris the depths of despair he went through, telling her that he 'felt like he had nothing to live for'.
But Kanye said his saving grace came in the form of Kris's daughter Kim and the couple's new baby girl.
The media shy 36-year-old explained that before Kim came along he was constantly 'putting his life at risk' .
'After I lost my mother, there were times... Well I put myself at risk,' he said. 'I felt like sometimes I didn't have something to live for.'
Kanye said that everything changed when Kim came into his life.
Not long after the pair confirmed they were dating, they also found out they were expecting a child.
Little North West arrived into the world on June 15 and Kanye said that his new family has completely changed his life.
'Now I have two really special people to live for. A whole family to live for. A whole world to live for,' he explained during the emotional interview.

Kanye reflected on those troubled times in the interview, in particular the notorious incident in which he climbed up onstage at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards four years ago and interrupted Taylor Swift's awards acceptance speech.
He said that he hoped that no one would ever do the same to his own daughter.
'The last thing I would want to happen to my daughter is some crazy drunk black guy in a leather shirt to come up and cut her off at an awards show,' he said.
'That's the last thing I'd want.'
Kris told Kanye that she thought his baby girl had mellowed the singer out and given him a sense of perception.

'But you look at stuff like that so much differently today because you do have a daughter,' she said.
It was then when Kanye admitted that his behaviour had been out of control.
'I was just like a crazy rock star!' he said.
During his appearance on the show, Kanye also addressed the criticism he has received for being in a relationship with media-loving Kim.
He said that no matter what people say, his partner was worth every bit of it, with the 808s & Heartbreak star gushing about his great 'love' for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

'I had people say "this is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer,"' Kanye explained. 'But I say "I don't care, I love this woman."
'Or someone could say, "When the paparazzi surrounds you... everyone knows you don't like the paparazzi. Why would you be with this person?" he added.
'And I say "I am being with this person because, you know, I love this person and she is worth it to me.'
The Grammy Award winning rapper said he was taught by his late grandfather, Portwood Williams Senior, who passed away at the age of 98 on August 10, that life is all about having 'joy'.
'My grandfather just passed and he's whole thing... it was never about money and it was never about popularity. His whole thing was joy,' Kanye said.

Emotional: He opened up about his struggle following the death of his beloved mother Donda
'Just joy. Like having joy in his life. And she's (Kim) my joy and she brought my new joy into this world.
'And there is no paparazzi and no blog comment... there is nothing that is going to take that joy away from me.'
Kanye also admitted that before he and Kim got together, he would dream about the reality star.
But he told Kris that he was not about to do a Tom Cruise and jump up and down on her couch, much to the despair of the Kardashian/Jenner matriarch.
'I just dreamed about being next to her. I keep saying it... I don't want to start jumping up and down on the couch or anything...' he said, to which Kris excitedly responded: 'Oh please! That would be so fabulous!'
Kanye prerecorded his interview for his appearance on the show earlier this week.
It was then when details started to leak about what the couple's child looked like.
According to an actress who was in the audience, the baby had mother Kim's 'big almond shaped eyes,' but looks like Kanye.
'Just left the @KrisJennerShow and @kanyewest was there today! He was so open and blessed us with baby North's photo!' tweeted Janiela P.
She then responded to a deluge of questions with more information on the baby.
'She looks like kanye she has his cheeks and she is almost as dark as him and she has big eyes like Kim... toocute,' she wrote.
'The baby looks like Kanye with Kim's eyes,' she told another tweeter, adding that North had 'straight short and black' hair.
There had been several rumours ahead of the rapper's appearance on Kris's chat show about how Kim and Kanye were going to introduce their newborn to the world.
With a notorious rocky relationship with the press, it was said that media-shy Kanye and media-hungry Kim had perhaps clashed over the decision.
All the while in the background it was rumoured that Kris was secretly hoping that the couple would choose her talk show as a means to reveal their newborn for the first time.
And now the Kardashian/Jenner matriarch got her wish granted.
It had previously been reported that the couple, like many other celebrities before them, would sell the first picture of their baby to a magazine for a seven figure sum.
It was then reported that they had planned to do a Beyonce and Jay Z, and release a photo of North via social media.
It was even previously said that Kanye was eager to do a photo shoot with fashion bible Vogue.
Much like Suri Cruise's famous Vanity Fair cover, the music icon had reportedly wanted his two-month old daughter to meet the world on his terms - something he reportedly believed could have been mutually beneficial to Anna Wintour.
Now that baby North has finally been introduced to the world, it doesn't mean that she will be continuously thrust into the spotlight - as far as Kanye is concerned.
In fact the rapper has previously said that he will be taking great length to protect his daughter.
Back in June, he told the New York Times: 'This is my baby. This isn't America's baby.'
Kim gave birth to baby North on June 15.
She fell pregnant with her first child just a few months after confirming that she was dating longtime friend Kanye in April 2012.
