What Causes Heart Attack?

Heart attacks can be caused by a blockage in the blood vessels. Cholesterol builds up in our vessels and turns into plaque. The plaque restricts blood flow by narrowing the artery. When the blockage becomes severe enough, we can have a heart attack.
