Mesut Ozil To Undergo Arsenal Medical As 42 Million Pound Deal Is Done

Mesut Ozil is under going a medical at Arsenal according to several reports from Germany. Yesterday news broke about the player signing for the gunners should the player and Arsenal be able to come to an agreement on fees. That agreement now seem to have been reached with reports claiming the player has flown in early hours of this morning to complete his medical and signing for the gunners.

Ozil will according to reports be joining on a 42.5 million pounds which makes him Arsenal’s record signing ever with the previous hold of the record been former Arsenal player Andrey Arshavin who was signed for 15 million pounds from Russian side Zenith St Petersburg.

Aside Ozil, Arsenal are also trying to sign Di Maria from Real Madrid with a fee reportedly already agreed between Real Madrid and Arsenal with the only thing left been Arsenal to try to convince the player to join them.

Arsenal is also on the trail of Chelsea’s Demba Ba who they are according to reports trying to secure on a year long loan deal.
